We book a trip with this company and due to health realated reasons we couldnt make it to go. In a trip a lot can happen. Even though the tickets dont have any date on them , the lady could just easily take them back and sell it to other tourist an other day , it wasnt a big a deal. But she didn’t want to help and she didn’t gave us our money back....

We book a trip with this company and due to health realated reasons we couldnt make it to go. In a trip a lot can happen. Even though the tickets dont have any date on them , the lady could just easily take them back and sell it to other tourist an other day , it wasnt a big a deal. But she didn’t want to help and she didn’t gave us our money back. The valid was 40€ and i said to her , we are students we are on a budget its okay give us half the money back , give us 20€ but she still didn’t wanted to help even though she could! An other couple missed the boat for just 2 minutes and she said the same thing that is their fault and she couldnt do nothing , I don’t say that she is totally wrong but in a trip a lot can happen so its better to book trip with a company that offers solutions and is interested in helping you if it’s possible. Awful manners and irony. Please be far from that .
