After the proposal, I went to the store in person to have it resized—and that’s when we also started thinking about our wedding rings. That’s when we met Ovidiu Raduica, and we’re so glad we did. From the start, Ovidiu was incredibly helpful and kind. He didn’t just show us rings—he took the time to get to know us, understand our style, and guide us through all the options. He shared examples that matched our taste perfectly and made the whole process feel thoughtful and personalized. Throughout the process, he kept us constantly updated, sending pictures and videos, and letting us know how everything was progressing. That kind of communication gave us a lot of peace of mind and made us feel like we were in good hands. Thanks to him, we never had to worry whether our rings would be ready in time—they were, and they turned out beautifully. We’re so happy with how everything turned out. The rings are stunning and exactly what we hoped for. Huge thanks to Ovidiu for making this such a smooth, enjoyable, and meaningful experience. După multe încercări și căutări care ne-au dus mai mult spre modele minimaliste, am descoperit ceva cu adevărat special la Valmand. Am căutat mult timp verighetele perfecte – ne doream ceva care să ne reprezinte, cu un vibe vintage, dar și practic. După multe încercări și căutări care ne-au dus mai mult spre modele minimaliste, am descoperit ceva cu adevărat special la Valmand. Verighetele au un design deosebit, cu detalii florale care ne-au cucerit imediat. Sunt realizate din aur alb de 24k, iar interiorul este finger comfort oriented. Experiența noastră acolo a fost excelentă, în special datorită lui Ovidiu, reprezentantul care ne-a ajutat pe tot parcursul procesului. A fost extrem de amabil, atent și ne-a oferit sugestii la care nici nu ne-am fi gândit – cum ar fi includerea unor imagini și a unei inscripții în interiorul verighetelor, detalii care au făcut alegerea noastră și mai personală. Comunicarea a decurs impecabil și ne-am simțit sprijiniți la fiecare pas. Suntem foarte mulțumiți de rezultat și îi mulțumim lui Ovidiu pentru profesionalism și implicare! Recomandam Valmand si o să-i avem în vedere și pentru alte ocazii. :)
