My girlfriend and I ate at Triscele restaurant tonight, and it was a wonderful experience. The food was top class, the service was fantastic, and the calm, beautiful setting on the pedestrian street where the restaurant is located added a rustic and very cozy atmosphere. When I asked the knowledgeable and skilled staff for advice on the menu, wine pairings, and the order in which the dishes should be served, it was spot on and resulted in a true taste experience. Even the owner of the restaurant is involved with the guests, takes orders, and ensures everyone is well taken care of. The rest of the staff seem confident in their roles, and the teamwork flows smoothly. The staff come across as confident, genuine, personal, and have a good sense of humor, which adds to the welcoming and warm feeling. This is also a restaurant with great knowledge regarding allergies. I am extremely allergic to nuts and peanuts, and both the owner and the staff took it very seriously, customized my orders, and made sure I could safely enjoy what I wanted from the menu. Very well done and reassuring for me. A clear five stars to this restaurant and its staff. Thank you! /Stefan

Really appreciate having this culinary experience. The service was impeccable, the decor of the restaurant brilliant, and the food was outstanding. Some of the best pasta we’ve ever eaten. The dessert was also sublime - in particular the White Chocolate Roche . I would highly recommend if you’re in Cefalu. It doesn’t get better than Triscele!

Cibo squisito, personale molto cortese e professionale. Impiattamento originale. Inizi a gustare con gli occhi ... i piatti sembrano opere d'arte. Dolci spettacolari (ho fatto bis della cheesecake siciliana). Cucina siciliana rivisitata. Ambiente raffinato, curato, accogliente. Spero di tornarci presto. Lo consiglio vivamente

The service was exceptional and the atmosphere inviting on a rainy night in Cefalu. The sommelier, Rena’ stood out with his knowledge of wines from both Sicily and California, which assisted us in choosing the perfect complement to our meal. Everyone who assisted us was exceptional. The food was delightful. We will return.

Eccezionale. La location, il cibo, la gentilezza e la preparazione dello staff. Una delizia per le papille gustative dall’antipasto al dolce. Il tutto accompagnato da un buon vino.
