Il ristorante pizzeria Maso' è stato veramente una piacevole sorpresa. Situato nel centro storico di Firenze, fa' una vera cucina fiorentina e, volendo, delle ottime pizze, distinguendosi nettamente da analoghi locali non solo per la bontà dei piatti e la gentilezza e competenza di coloro che vi lavorano ma anche per l'ottimo rapporto qualità - prezzo. Particolarmente apprezzati sono stati una bistecca fiorentina fatta a regola d'arte, una zuppa di fagioli, pappardelle al ragù bianco e un piatto di maltagliati alla Garfagnina. We found this restaurant just walking around town in Florence. The staff were super friendly. Kids loved the pasta and the Pizza. Salad was fresh and the dressing was great. Lots of vegetarian friendly options. They also swapped the Mozzarella for Parmesan in the Pizza to accommodate lactose intolerance. The lemon sorbet is dairy free and divine. ...

We had pizza and pasta meals for 4. All were very lovely and tasty, Served hot and quick. Great service and all waiters were really friendly. Only thing to fault was our waiter supported Chelsea 😉😁 Would definitely return as it's the best meal we've had in Italy so far.

We had to convince them both everything was fantastic. You cannot go wrong here. ESPECIALLY if Leonardo is your waiter. He is absolutely wonderful.

We asked if they could keep some of the food in the kitchen a bit longer since it finished cooking earlier than ex...

I cannot emphasize enough how welcoming and kind the staff are!! As a Muslim traveler visiting Italy at the end of Ramadan—when we fast during the day and break our fast at sunset—I was so grateful for their kindness and consideration. We asked if they could keep some of the food in the kitchen a bit longer since it finished cooking earlier than expected, and they happily obliged. Not only that, but they even remade our margherita pizza so we could enjoy it fresh. 🥹🥹 Aside from the amazing service, the food was absolutely to die for! Our orders were Tortelloni Al Tartufo, Penne alle Code di Gamberi e ciliegini, Controfiletto di Manzo al Balsamico con Patat (also my favorite, and a Margarita pizza. I especially recommend Tortelloni Al Tartufo and Controfiletto di Manzo al Balsamico con Patat! I’m shocked to see that some reviews aren’t 5-star ratings, since this was such an amazing meal and experience. I wish I had taken pictures, but we ended up eating before I could snap a photo—that’s how you know it was amazing!
