Dear Bruna, We sincerely apologize for the distress and inconvenience you experienced during your recent booking with us. We understand how upsetting the situation must have been and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. First of all we want to clarify that our guide was at the designated meeting point at Villa Costanza from 7:15 AM, as indicated on your voucher and on our website. The tour was scheduled to depart at 7:45 AM, and in fairness to the other guests who had arrived on time and were there since 7:30 AM, our guide waited an additional 10 minutes, until 7:55 AM, before proceeding with the tour. We did our best to reach out to you on the phone number provided in your reservation and after several attempts, we were able to connect with you and put you in contact with the guide. Unfortunately, it became clear during that conversation that you were not at the correct meeting point as you were stating all the time, but you were quite far from the location. Due to the delay and in consideration of the other customers, we had to proceed with the tour as scheduled. Despite this, we tried to accommodate you by offering to reschedule the tour, as you initially requested. However, we fully respected your decision when you later chose not to proceed with the rescheduled tour. Regarding your request for a refund, we regret to inform you that, as per our cancellation policy, we are unable to issue a refund in this case. We deeply regret any confusion or frustration this has caused. We would also like to emphasize that we did not, under any circumstances, "steal" your money. The payment you made was for a tour that was fully organized for you, including securing your place and making the necessary arrangements with our partners. Unfortunately, since the tour proceeded as planned and your absence was noted as a no-show, we were unable to offer a refund. Once again, we are truly sorry for what happened and for any distress this situation may have caused. F
