Terrible and greedy people that is extremely not accommodating or helpful in such trying times. They took our deposit of $2500 and when the pandemic happened with the travel ban, we simply asked for the refund of half the deposit (as stated in their contract) for a cancelled wedding. This is after months of waiting and postpone our wedding a whole year but due to the second wave, Europe is no longer allowing visitors from Canada (where I am). They stimply replied No. this is a breach of their own contract. Lack of professionalism is disheartening as we are all in this pandemic together. They simply just wants to keep $2500 for doing nothing and now we are having to seek legal action.
