Quiet hotel right opposite the slopes. Family who manage the hotel were really helpful and welcoming from when we arrived through to when we left. Lovely large room for breakfast and dinner. Separate seating area for tea/coffee and other drinks. Larger room to settle down at night for a game of cards. Hotel is a little dated, but the friendliness of the staff and efficient running of the hotel makes it a place I would happily return to. Great salad bar at dinner and filling 3 course meals. They were happy to cater for a vegetarian.

Went skiing with friends Savoia is a family run hotel opposite the slopes. It was clean and comfortable, very convenient, great views and very friendly and helpful staff ( especially Max the manager ). The chef is good and although there is not much to offer vegetarians on the menu they are very happy to make something to suit Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and will be back. The only areas of improvement would be access to a sauna and a wider range of options at breakfast

I had an excellent stay here, the family are so kind and can't do enough to help. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe. The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly. There was plenty of food and very reasonable bar prices. The ski room was great - heated boot warmers were a very nice touch. It took less than a few minutes to cross the ...

I had an excellent stay here, the family are so kind and can't do enough to help. As a solo female traveller I felt very safe. The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly. There was plenty of food and very reasonable bar prices. The ski room was great - heated boot warmers were a very nice touch. It took less than a few minutes to cross the road to the lifts. I would definitely recommend it and hope to visit again.

I can’t fault the hotel, food or service. We stayed on the 3rd floor and while the roof slopes into the room, it’s big enough for 2 adults. Far bigger than similar hotels in other countries (especially France). Considering it’s the oldest hotel in Passo Tonale (and still run by the same family), it’s very clean. I like the 70 and 80s vibe compared...

I can’t fault the hotel, food or service. We stayed on the 3rd floor and while the roof slopes into the room, it’s big enough for 2 adults. Far bigger than similar hotels in other countries (especially France). Considering it’s the oldest hotel in Passo Tonale (and still run by the same family), it’s very clean. I like the 70 and 80s vibe compared to the bland modern style of other hotels in the resort. The staff are ace very welcoming and can’t do enough to help. I was a little bit surprised as I thought Italians were usually a grumpy bunch. Some of the reviews on here complain about the food, but it’s typical Italian food. Maybe the other guests wanted English food in an Italian country. The quality is great and you can help yourself as much as you want for the side dishes. The ski boot warmers are a nice touch. Last year we stayed in Andorra (without boot warmers) and the freezing cold boots were a nightmare to put on. Having a nice warm boot softens the plastic and they just slide on. The dog is lovely. If I had to pick something that could be improved, it’d be nice to have a deck chair or somewhere to sit outside the hotel and top up my winter suntan.

Perfect hotel for the area, service was amazing everyone treated you like gamely. We had a fantastic time at this hotel. Julia and Vicki were great during dinner and breakfast, catered for all diets where possible. Chef Francesco did a great job with every meal. Alessandra on the bar was attentative and well versed on pint pouring. Max and David...

Alessandra on the bar was attentative and well versed on pint pouring. Max and Davido did great at the reception and it was lovely to have Mama and Papa show face every night as well. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Passo Tonale, would definitely and probably will be back!!

Het hotel zelf was oke. De kamers waren niet groot en was zeker niet geschikt voor het aantal gasten dat het voorschreef. Er was een lounge aanwezig die wel groot was en veel zetels en tafels bevatte maar de temperatuur was daar erg onaangenaam. Het personeel was alles behalve vriendelijk. Alles was teveel gevraagd voor hun, zowel aan de balie als ...

Het hotel zelf was oke. De kamers waren niet groot en was zeker niet geschikt voor het aantal gasten dat het voorschreef. Er was een lounge aanwezig die wel groot was en veel zetels en tafels bevatte maar de temperatuur was daar erg onaangenaam. Het personeel was alles behalve vriendelijk. Alles was teveel gevraagd voor hun, zowel aan de balie als in het restaurant. De serveersters trokken het eten of drinken uit uw handen terwijl je nog niet klaar was, het was precies een wedstrijd voor hun om het snelst x-aantal borden terug binnen brengen. Ze waren enorm boertig naar mij toe en als er gevraagd werd naar een beetje extra saus of kaas was het telkens met een boze blik en een ‘bakkes tot op de grond’ zoals ze wel eens zeggen. De deuren sloten ook om 00u ‘s nachts dus als je om 00:15 naar het hotel ging kon je niet meer binnen. Het enigste positieve is dat alle goede restaurants, winkels en pistes op wandelafstand waren van het hotel. Ik ben dan ook genoodzaakt om hier een 1 op 5. Het is zijn 3 sterren absoluut NIET waard.

Un albergo di montagna che conserva il sapore autentico e rustico che lo connotano. Comoda posizione per l'accesso alle piste. Staff molto gentile e consentito l'accesso agli animali. Buona colazione

Loved staying here. Location right opposite the slopes. Rooms are little dated, but that adds to the charm. The food was excellent even though my husband is vegetarian and I don't eat red meat they made sure that we ate very well. Service was impeccable and always with a smile 😃
